He spent 10 years in corporate treasury as a financial markets dealer before starting multiple businesses in IC&T and specialized financial services. He also serves as a virtual CFO for various entities.
Domenic is a qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance, a post graduate diploma in Advanced Economics, and certifications as a CFTP and CPA. He is also a Registered Tax Agent.

Dr. Katherine Whelan
Dr. Katherine Whelan delivers a mix of scientific expertise and strategic business acumen to the sphere of R&D tax consulting. Her career, backed by a Ph.D. in Brain Sciences, spans across pivotal roles in research leadership and securing major government funds such as NHMRC, ARC, and NDLERF, making her an invaluable asset to enterprises seeking to navigate the R&D tax incentive terrain. Georgina Luppino
Georgina provides expert academic input and consultancy on the research side of the R&D consulting space. Georgina is degree qualified holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education. Her academic skills provide an excellent capability to clients wishing to pursue the R&D tax Incentive in relation to contemporaneous documentation requirements and generating compliant scripts that meet the activity eligibility criteria of the program. Georgina also provides administrative assistance as the Office Manager to assist and facilitate back office functions.
